The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP professional who bridges the gap between functional expertise and technical debugging. They must possess a leader-doer mentality, capable of managing offshore resources while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced Retail environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role sits within the Application Managed Services (AMS) group, specifically supporting a prominent client in the Retail industry. The team is focused on maintaining and optimizing SAP Retail and SD environments, ensuring seamless store operations and application stability through high-level technical leadership.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide hands-on Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and resolve urgent production issues.

Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for SAP Retail processes.

Oversee and lead the offshore delivery team to ensure project milestones are met.

Manage Retail-specific processes including Promotions, Store Operations, and Store Sales.

Utilize FIORI-related processes and manage interfaces, batch jobs, and S/4 HANA environments.

Perform functional and technical debugging to troubleshoot complex application errors.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the offshore team in delivering SAP Application Maintenance Support (AMS).

Solve urgent issues within SAP Retail, SD, and S/4 HANA environments.

Manage day-to-day store operations processes, promotions, and sales interfaces.

Perform technical debugging and functional troubleshooting to maintain system health.

NICE-TO-HAVES

SAP CAR and POS knowledge.

S/4 HANA experience.
