.NET Developer (Blazor / Desktop Applications)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support the development and enhancement of both Blazor-based web applications and .NET desktop applications. This role will focus on building modern user interfaces using Blazor, while also maintaining and extending existing desktop applications and services within a .NET ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with C#, .NET development, and database-driven applications, along with the ability to quickly learn existing systems and contribute to new development initiatives.

This position includes a mix of new feature development, system enhancements, and ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Note: Candidates must be available for occasional after-hours support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor.
• Support and enhance existing .NET desktop applications (WPF, WinForms, or similar).
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, including SOAP and REST-based services.
• Work with relational databases to support application functionality and data integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including debugging production incidents.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver new functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Learn and adapt to existing application architecture while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
• Experience building Blazor-based applications.
• Experience developing or supporting .NET desktop applications (WPF, WinForms, or similar).
• Experience developing web services or design services such as SOAP or REST APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases and data-driven applications.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and existing systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
• Familiarity with modern .NET architecture and service-based applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise or internal business systems.
