Overview

This is a hands-on role with high visibility and direct impact on a core enterprise capability. Householding is critical for demonstrating customer growth and understanding relationships across the bank—and you’ll be at the center of delivering its next‑generation architecture.

First 3–6 Months
You will do the following (the process is well-documented and the squad will teach you):

Run monthly data product refreshes end‑to‑end using existing playbooks and tooling.
Build a strong foundation in the data domain and platform.
Begin layering in more complex work that requires advanced SQL, and hands-on use of dbt and Snowflake—skills you’ll also apply during refreshes to cement your base.

Technical Skills:
1. SQL, SQL, and SQL (Must know how to write basic SQL code, more complex the better)
2. Basic understanding of relational databases
3. Experience cleaning and transforming data

Nice to Have Technical Skills:
1. Snowflake
2. dbt
3. Python
4. Basic understing of Data Science and how they work

Soft Skills: Problem Solving Mindset, Communication, Driven, Curious, Positive Attitude
Onsite: 4 Days (M,Tu,W,Th)
