Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional with strong expertise in FERC reporting, SAP Controlling (CO), Internal Orders, Project Systems (PS), settlements, Universal Journal, and S/4HANA finance architecture. The role involves designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting complex financial and controlling processes with emphasis on regulatory accounting and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO and Controlling solutions with expertise in FERC reporting, settlements, Internal Orders, and Project Systems.
· Configure and support FERC mappings, regulatory reporting structures, and month-end reconciliation processes.
· Analyze end-to-end cost flow from source transactions through allocations, settlements, and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
· Configure and support CO processes including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, WBS settlements, overhead allocations, assessments, and distributions.
· Manage PM and CO integration to ensure accurate capture and settlement of O&M and maintenance costs.
· Troubleshoot complex FICO posting, settlement, and reconciliation issues across FI, CO, PS, PM, and AA modules.
· Support month-end and year-end close activities including allocations, settlements, variance analysis, and financial reconciliation.
· Analyze and resolve post-upgrade issues related to S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, custom objects, and integrations.
