Description
This team currently has a lot of patching work that is done manually and need to create automation to cut down on repeatable tasks. This environment is comprised of RHEL, Centos, Oracle RedHat, and Unix. This person must have very good Linux and Unix administration skills and the ability to write their own scripts. They will sit in the real time systems team. Highly regulated. They must have strong Linux engineering skills. Any flavor is ok, but RedHat preferred, must have Ansible playbook experience. Must have bash scripting experience for automation when ansible is not able to be used. Linux design, administration and operational support, both project and operational support.
This is a Linux engineering role. We are looking for a senior level resource. They will be responsible for both engineering and operational support. They will need to have excellent communication skills and have experience driving root cause analysis calls. Overall knowledge of Network, apps support and hardware support also needed. This is not a hardware position but working with those teams is critical. Person must have bash scripting and Ansible automation experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
