Job Description:

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL (Hybrid)

Required Skills

  • Experience in Technical Project Management / IT Project Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience with PI Planning, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Scrum, Kanban, and backlog management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, SDLC, CI/CD, cloud, APIs, and modern technology environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex project dependencies.
  • Strong experience with risk, issue, change, resource, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAFe certification such as SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or SAFe Release Train Engineer.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and large-scale releases.
