Senior Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
* 6+ years of total engineering and systems analysis experience
* Moderate to Advanced knowledge of tools and techniques for presenting and analyzing data including SQL, Access, Excel, relational databases, XML, JSON, XSD, Postman/Insomnia and SQL developer
* Affinity for data; Where to get it, how to use it, what it means
* Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of an application
* Self-starter, team-focused, independent, collaborative, and can work with minimum supervision
* Proven expertise in system analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, testing, and product documentation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; Communicates clearly, concisely, and impactfully to influence others
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
* Approaches work with an open mind and sense of creativity by challenging current practices and recommending improvements
* Ability to navigate through ambiguous circumstances and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
* Growth mentality with a passion for continuous learning and development
* Demonstrable ability to work in an Agile environment is preferred
* Experience within the financial services industry (especially life insurance) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
