As a ServiceNow Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager, you will lead the design, development, and lifecycle of digital products built on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on translating complex business needs into scalable solutions while collaborating with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Identify and prioritize advanced product features and enhancements.
• Ensure products meet end user expectations.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including scrum, demos, and testing.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria and communicate requirements.
• Provide team supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate team activities, schedules, and cross training.
• Deliver regular stakeholder updates.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Improve processes, methods, and standards.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years experience.
• ServiceNow expertise is mandatory.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, and team performance management.
• Ability to manage complex and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
