Summary

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, MS 365 Cloud, MS Teams, Multi-Factor Authentication
General LINUX administration ---- is a very strong PLUS
Experience with VMware vSphere virtualization.
Strong understanding of email flow and mail security, including routing, spam, malware, and DLP.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.), coupled with experience in configuring, monitoring, and managing firewalls to secure corporate network, enforce access controls, and protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and task scheduling.
Hands-on experience with physical server hardware, including racking, cabling, hardware diagnostics, and component replacement (disks, memory, power supplies, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in managing server hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical servers, as well as ensuring proper wiring and cabling for optimal performance and reliability.
