We are seeking a Business Process Engineer with a strong combination of pharmacy domain knowledge, technical expertise, and process improvement skills.
This role will lead process transformation initiatives across pharmacy operations, working closely with IT, operations, and compliance teams to implement scalable, data-driven solutions. Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end pharmacy workflows across operational, clinical, and enterprise-level functions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to implement automation, RPA, AI-driven process enhancements, and data-driven insights.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps, and propose innovative, measurable solutions using tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar for reporting and analysis.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor process performance and improvement outcomes.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure process adoption.
• Support change management initiatives and embed a culture of operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in process improvement, business process engineering, or operational excellence, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, compliance requirements, and pharmacy management systems (preferred).
• Technical aptitude with exposure to process mapping, workflow automation, and data analytics tools (e.g., Visio, RPA).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, SQL, Excel, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
Key Project Goals:-
• Conduct overall Value-Stream Mapping for the "Life of a Script" — from receipt through dispensing, invoicing, audits, etc.
• Develop process maps for individual workstreams.
• Create data flow diagrams to visualize system and human interactions.
