Summary

Our East Coast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst, Core HCM, Compensation and Reporting Support to lead the design, optimization, and support of enterprise HR technology solutions. This role serves as a strategic partner to Human Resources, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring HR systems effectively support business objectives, data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. This hybrid role has an initial duration of 18+ months & will require occasional onsite travel to Boston.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS platforms, including PeopleSoft, BrassRing, and Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of HRIS solutions and integrations.
  • Manage complex system configurations, workflows, security, eligibility rules, and reporting structures.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Lead HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.
  • Oversee testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and data quality controls to support business decision-making and regulatory reporting.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, monitor integrations, and collaborate with IT on interface design and process improvements.
  • Support PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and maintain security roles, permission lists, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting workflows, candidate lifecycle processes, and hiring compliance.
  • Mentor HRIS team members and promote best practices in reporting, governance, and system administration.
  • Manage vendor relationships and recommend technology enhancements aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Significant experience supporting and administering HRIS platforms, preferably PeopleSoft, BrassRing, and/or Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, benefits administration, recruiting systems, reporting, security, and data governance.
  • Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
