Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed testing schedules, timelines, and milestones in alignment with overall project plans, working closely with project managers, Oracle integrators, functional leads, and development teams.
Coordinate testing activities across phases (e.g., system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression, patch/quarterly update testing) by scheduling sessions, booking resources (environments, participants, tools), and managing calendars/dependencies.
Gather and prepare required test data, scenarios, and prerequisites from business users, SMEs, and data teams; facilitate data reconciliation and environment readiness.
Conduct regular follow-ups with testers, business users, developers, and stakeholders to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely completion of testing deliverables.
Track and report testing status, progress metrics, risks, and issues through dashboards, weekly reports, and meetings; escalate delays or dependencies to project leadership as needed.
Manage logistics for UAT cycles, including coordinating business user participation, preparing participation schedules, collecting feedback, and following up on open items.
Facilitate defect and issue triage meetings (without owning resolution); track status of escalations and re-testing coordination.
Support release management by coordinating testing for patches, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, new features, and cutover activities.
Maintain documentation related to testing coordination (schedules, status trackers, meeting notes, lessons learned) and ensure compliance with project governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing coordination with business processes, system configurations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordination or program management role within IT/ERP projects, with at least 3 years specifically supporting testing coordination in Oracle Cloud (Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, or OCI) implementations or support environments.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud testing lifecycle phases (SIT, UAT, regression, etc.) and common tools/environments used (e.g., Oracle Cloud Test environments, JIRA for tracking, basic knowledge of test management tools).
Proven skills in project coordination, scheduling, stakeholder management, follow-up, and status reporting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and dependencies.
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Excel/PowerBI for tracking, JIRA/Confluence for status, and Microsoft Teams/Outlook for coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations (e.g., working with system integrators like Accenture, Deloitte, or Oracle partners).
PMP, CAPM, or similar project coordination certification.
Familiarity with agile/waterfall methodologies in ERP/cloud projects.
Oracle Cloud certification or hands-on exposure to Fusion modules (even if not technical testing-focused).
