Job Title: Senior Cisco Meraki administrator

Location: Nashville/Goodlettsville, TN - Hybrid/Onsite

Job Description:

Working Shift: 8 am CT to 5 pm CT

Role Overview

We need a Senior Cisco Meraki administrator to help with store network lifecycle and provide status updates to management by navigating the Meraki dashboard.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and reporting on Inventory KPI s.
  • Monitoring inventory of lifecycle devices.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to network changes.
  • Acting as an escalation point addressing anomalies.
  • Verifying configuration of new devices.
  • Ensuring lifecycled devices are removed from the Meraki dashboard.
  • Providing detailed progress reports on lifecycle status.

Required Technical Skills

  • : Expert-level knowledge of the Meraki Dashboard (MS, MX, MR, MV, SM).
  • Networking Protocols: Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and VPN technologies.
  • : Expertise in Wi-Fi standards, RF site surveys, and security.

Candidate is expected to provide on-call support on weekends for P1 tickets.
