The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is seeking a visionary tech professional to spearhead a massive, multi-year digital transformation. In this role, you will champion the modernization of a next-generation retail platform, replacing legacy infrastructure with a highly scalable, state-of-the-art software suite.

This is a high-visibility, long-term contract-to-hire engagement designed for a strategic thinker who wants to shape the technological future of a major enterprise. Operating in a hybrid model out of the Greater Charlotte area, you will wield immense influence, turning high-level executive concepts into a living, breathing digital reality.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with executive leadership to capture high-level strategic objectives and distill them into precise, actionable technical requirements and architectural roadmaps.

  • Synthesize feedback from multi-departmental Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define core features, validate system requirements, and produce flawless documentation for engineering teams.

  • Maximize system efficiency by designing modular, reusable architectures that streamline cross-functional business operations and elevate the end-user experience.

  • Map intricate ecosystem dynamics, integration points, and data flows across multiple interconnected platforms using advanced modeling tools.

  • Evaluate parallel enterprise initiatives continuously to proactively mitigate dependencies, capture cross-functional synergies, and prevent system conflicts.

  • Drive results within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), fluidly balancing long-term strategic milestones with fast-paced sprint executions.

  • Champion seamless collaboration between business leaders and technical teams, acting as an autonomous liaison who ensures total project alignment.

What You Bring

  • Enterprise-Scale Expertise: 5+ years of dedicated experience analyzing large-scale systems and navigating highly integrated corporate technology environments.

  • Systems Optimization: Deep functional analysis skills with a track record of refining complex workflows and user journeys across interconnected platforms.

  • Strategic Foresight: The ability to conceptualize complex architectures while accurately predicting downstream technical impacts and cross-project dependencies.

  • Visual Modeling: Advanced proficiency in utilizing diagramming tools like Visio to illustrate sophisticated process flows and system touchpoints.

  • Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to high-volume transaction environments, specifically dealing with retail ordering, supply chain fulfillment, or enterprise reporting systems.

  • Autonomous Drive: A proactive self-starter mentality, capable of identifying key players and driving massive project milestones with minimal supervision.

  • Influence & Diplomacy: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build cross-functional alliances and eliminate operational friction.
