Data Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client in the Juno Beach, FL area is looking for a Data Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of data-driven products, with a strong focus on 0-to-1 product development, product discovery, prototyping, and execution. This role will identify business opportunities, define product strategy and roadmaps, and transform complex business challenges into scalable data solutions.

Summary:
The Data Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, engineers, architects, and data teams to develop and launch data products that deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities include leading product discovery sessions, gathering user requirements, creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts, incorporating AI and machine learning capabilities, prioritizing product features, and overseeing product development efforts. The role also includes managing product performance metrics, reporting on business outcomes, and driving user adoption through stakeholder engagement and training.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
* 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in data-focused environments
* Proven experience leading 0-to-1 product development, discovery, and product delivery
* Experience developing prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and proof-of-concepts
* Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
* Experience defining KPIs, measuring product success, and reporting business outcomes
* Strong understanding of data products, analytics, and enterprise data platforms
* Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled product capabilities
* Familiarity with data migration and integration tools such as Databricks, AWS Glue, DMS, or similar platforms
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
