We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join a fast-paced development team supporting enterprise applications within a leading financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java development, SQL, and AWS cloud technologies, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services.

Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE development
Proficiency in SQL for database development, optimization, and troubleshooting
Experience working with AWS services, including:
- S3
- EMR
- Lambda
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Experience with application performance tuning and troubleshooting
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices
Develop efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations
Build and support cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services such as S3, EMR, and Lambda
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements as needed
Follow best practices for software development, security, and performance optimization

Experience in financial services or banking environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
