Your Role

Asan Electrical,you?ll:

• Plan installation jobs.You?reorganized and astrategizer.You?llbe looking over the details of each job before getting started to make sure you have everything you need (including a plan!)toget things doneperfectly for the customer.

• Installnew systems.Panel upgrades, service upgrades, lightfixture, generators, new circuits, and more!You?rean electrical expert who knows their stuff, soyou?recomfortable installing all these things AND helping with HVAC/plumbing installs when needed!

• Lead your install crew.We?regonnamake sure any helpers or apprentices you get aregonnabe the best of the best!Youwon?tneed to babysit them or hold their hands. Theywannadoa great job, just like you. Andyou?llbe the one to lead the way andcall the shotson installations!

• Hold your crew tohigh standards.When families trust us with their homes, they deserve to have work done the RIGHT way the FIRST time.That?swhy you have the samehigh standardswe do, andyou?llmake sure each install jobis done right!

• Keep the install site safe and organized.Above everything else, we want our people to go homesafeto their families at the end of the day.You?llhelp make sure everything is taken care of safely, and that the workspace is organized (to keep things safeandefficient)!

The Super-Fun HR Stuff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2?5 years of residential electrical installation experience (depending on position level)
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Experience installing:
  • Electrical panels and service upgrades
  • Wiring for residential homes
  • Lighting fixtures and ceiling fans
  • Switches, outlets, and breakers
  • Whole-home surge protection
  • Generators (preferred)
  • EV chargers (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Experience using electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
• Experience in residential service and installation environments
• Knowledge of local and national electrical codes
• OSHA safety training certification
• Experience with smart home technology installations
