We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to drive the reliability and evolution of our data center infrastructure. You will act as a technical leader, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of performance and supporting critical migration initiatives within the Health & Public Service sector.

responsibilities:
- Act as the technical lead for data center compute, storage, networking, and facility power/cooling.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including incident response and root cause analysis.
- Lead the planning and execution of data center migrations and facility build-outs.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to cross-functional IT and Facilities teams.
qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Data Center architecture and domain operations.
Proven track record of leading hands-on Data Center migrations.
Deep technical knowledge of power systems (UPS), cooling (CRAC), and structured cabling.
Bachelor's degree (Graduate).
