Job Description

  • We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS architecture, AWS AgentCore, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to lead the design and implementation of an enterprise MCP Gateway.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience building secure, scalable AI infrastructure that enables developers, AI agents, and enterprise applications to discover and access approved MCP servers and tools.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and cloud-native services.
  • Understanding of AWS AgentCore Gateway and Identity capabilities.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including MCP servers, clients, tools, gateways, and registries.
  • Strong experience with AWS IAM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock Guardrails.
  • Experience with Cedar and policy-based authorization.
  • Strong understanding of AWS networking, VPC, and private connectivity.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK / Terraform) and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of API security, secrets management, least-privilege access, and AI agent security.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI platforms.
  • Experience implementing centralized MCP Gateways and MCP server registries.
  • Knowledge of AWS Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, Lambda, ECS, and related AWS services.
  • Experience with enterprise identity federation and delegated authorization.
  • Experience integrating GitHub, JIRA/Atlassian, and AWS services.
  • Ability to work with Security, Cloud Platform, Networking, and Architecture teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
