Role: Senior Power BI and MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Developer

Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

Purpose of the Position: The purpose of this position is to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics and financial reporting solutions using Power BI and MicroStrategy. The role exists to provide strong technical leadership, ensure high quality BI solutions, and enable data driven decision-making across the CPG and Financial Reporting domains. By working closely with finance and business stakeholders, this position ensures that complex data is transformed into meaningful insights that support strategic, operational, and financial objectives.

Key Result Areas and Activities:

Lead and deliver BI reporting solutions using Power BI and Strategy.
Own end to end Power BI development (data models, DAX, datasets, dashboards, performance tuning).
Develop and support Strategy (MicroStrategy) reports and dashboards.
Partner with FP&A and finance teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
Ensure alignment with standardized financial and revenue data models.
Drive best practices for data accuracy, validation, security, and governance.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to onshore/offshore teams.
