Job Description – Required Skills and Responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) and Deskside Support.
- Provide 100% onsite IT support at the client’s Austin office.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Deliver high-quality concierge/VIP support with excellent customer-handling skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for conference room devices and projectors and assist with meeting room facilitation.
- Perform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting.
- Possess basic knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
- Document all support activities, incidents, and service requests in the IT incident and request fulfillment tool.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
