eNGINE is seeking experienced Information Security Engineer to help protect our networks and systems — across our parent company and all divisional businesses — from evolving cyber threats. You''ll bring a strong mix of offensive and defensive security expertise to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen our security posture, and help shape how we manage risk across the organization.
This role partners closely with our Enterprise IT team (Desktop Support, Infrastructure, and Operations) and business-line development teams to build secure, scalable systems — while helping translate Information Security risk into practical, business-aligned strategy.
What You''ll Do:
- Configure, monitor, and support security tools and systems to maintain compliance with regulatory, industry, and corporate standards
- Help identify, investigate, and remediate data security incidents and breaches
- Recommend improvements to security hardware, software, and tooling
- Embed security best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Conduct vulnerability scans, research emerging threats, and assess organizational exposure
- Perform network, system, and server security assessments, plus internal audits against industry standards
- Monitor and communicate security alerts within your area of ownership
- Support incident response (IR) processes, both within your specialty and broader IR efforts
- Partner with Infrastructure & Operations teams on new technology reviews and onboarding
- Contribute to InfoSec strategy development in alignment with broader business goals
- Help build and maintain best-practice standards, policies, and procedures
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to program/process management
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of Information Security experience, including managing security tools, services, and risk assessment processes
- 5+ years working in a professional environment
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, antivirIDS/IPS, and penetration testing tools
- Cloud security experience — DLP, CASB, CSPM, WAF, SASE, and related tools
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as PCI, NIST CSF/800-53, COBIT, or ISO 27001
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory) and core networking
- Experience as an Azure Administrator or in an equivalent cloud role
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Certifications:
CISSP, MCSE, MCSA, Network+, A+, Cisco, VMware, PMP/Project+, ITIL, or equivalent experience
No C2C, relocation, referral, or sponsorship candidates for this role.
