Description
Our client is looking to add a Healthy Planet Analyst to their team full-time. This analyst will be responsible for hands-on configuration, documentation, testing, and enhancement of complex system workflows. Performing Epic application system analysis and design to include requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of systems. Will also be involved in providing Epic application support, troubleshooting, training and reporting activities. May also be involved in providing non-Epic application support and troubleshooting for integrated third-party applications. Serves as a liaison between TSG groups, clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
Epic Healthy Planet Certification required.
Compass Rose and/or any other outpatient focused Epic certs preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 4+ years preferred
Direct experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose workflows Familiarity with ambulatory environments and integration points
Focused, structured, and systems-oriented mindset
Enjoyment in data analysis and workflow refinement
Deep understanding of healthcare systems and technical tools Natural inclination to find and implement efficient, accurate solutions
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and logic
Proven ability to prioritize, escalate, and execute with minimal direction
Team player with high standards for documentation and build precision

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
