Lead Tester

Claims Testing

• Perform end-to-end testing of claims lifecycle (Claim Intake, Adjudication, Pricing, Payment, Adjustments, Denials).
• Validate benefits configuration, provider contracts, pricing rules, accumulators, and EOB generation.
• Test HIPAA transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277).
• Validate compliance with CMS guidelines and healthcare regulations.
• Perform regression, integration, UAT support, and production validation testing.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Claims Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Claims Adjudication systems (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
• Experience with HIPAA EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277).
• Hands-on experience in SQL for backend validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory standards (CMS, HIPAA).
