Summary
We are looking for an a experienced Scrum Master who meets the requirements listed below.
🔹 Job Title: Scrum Master - Remote

🔹 Job Type: Contract(C2C)
🔹 Pay Rate: Depending on the experience
🔹 Work Authorization : or - Candidates in the PST time zone are preferred.
Minimum Requirements
• SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org
• Minimum of 8 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, consistently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a large, matrixed organization with a strong understanding of the IT landscape and end-to-end delivery processes
• Flexibility to adapt and customize Agile processes to meet team needs
Required Experience and Responsibilities
The candidate must demonstrate strong Scrum Master experience in the following areas:
• Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and help team members embrace Agile values and principles
• Promote Agile quality practices to ensure the team meets its goals
• Identify, track, and mitigate team impediments
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Team Demos, and Iteration Retrospectives
• Guide the team in estimating work and maintaining focus on iteration goals related to results, quality, flow, and velocity
• Ensure adherence to standards for code development, automated testing, build procedures, version control, quality, and documentation
• Calculate and analyze team metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement
• Lead and facilitate retrospectives and improvement initiatives
• Maintain team work items using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Coordinate with other Agile teams, including participation in Scrum of Scrums
• Support the Product Owner with priority communication, scope management, roadmap development, and execution of Iteration Reviews and system demos
• Demonstrate expertise in leading Agile development teams as a master of the Scrum framework
