Top Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive healthcare experience leading negotiations, solicitations, pricing agreements, and bid proposals independently.
- Proven track record in contract preparation, redlining, processing, and maintenance in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in supply chain, business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years in sourcing and contracting functions, including negotiating terms and conditions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with healthcare-specific sourcing systems, such as Workday Strategic Sourcing, is preferred.
- Certifications in procurement, legal studies, or related fields are a plus.
