Summary

Job Title: NICE CXone Lead

Location: Remote

Duration - 15 Months

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced NICE CXone Lead to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of cloud-based contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NICE CXone implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities.

  • Manage IVR, ACD, call flows, skills-based routing, and omnichannel capabilities.

  • Integrate NICE CXone with CRM and enterprise applications using APIs.

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and support deployments and production operations.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone.

  • Knowledge of IVR, ACD, routing, and contact center operations.

  • Experience with NICE CXone Studio scripting and API integrations.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience leading contact center implementation or support projects.
