Job Title: Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant - Hybrid

Location: Newark, NJ (Local candidates, highly desired. Must be available for onsite work. Relocation okay.)
Start details: 6/08/2026 or two weeks after hiring.
Duration: 12/04/2026 (may be extended)

Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: Required. 10 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related technical field. Highly desired.
- MUST have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Required.
- Expertise in Payroll cloud Tax update activities and payroll testing after each tax update. Required. 7 + yrs.
- Expertise in driving and executing Payroll parallel testing Required. 7 + yrs.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll processing, ability to troubleshoot payroll issues. Required. 7 + yrs.
- Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Absence management. Required. 7 + yrs.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/SI organization. Highly desired.
- Implementing HCM Payroll solutions, with experience as a payroll consultant to drive HR technology implementations through process design, configuration, process playback, user acceptance testing, cutover and production launch. Required. 10 + yrs.
- Experience in a Functional Lead role in Oracle HCM Cloud North America Payroll Implementations. Required.
- Experience in 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor modules. Required.
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and having multiple project implementation experience in Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor modules. Required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
