- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and conversion testing activities.
- Experience modifying and validating system-generated reports.
- Experience working directly with software vendors and implementation teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Desired Skills

- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience reviewing and reconciling large data sets.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced conversion environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has hands-on FICS administration experience and has participated in loan servicing conversions, servicing transfers, portfolio acquisitions, or data migration efforts. They should be capable of contributing immediately to data merger activities, reporting enhancements, system configuration, testing, and overall conversion readiness.
