Summary

Position: Performance Tester

Location: Toronto, ON - Canada (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

We are seeking candidates currently located in Canada only

Responsibilities:

Define and implement performance testing strategies and methodologies.
Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure performance testing is integrated into the deve Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk to assess application performance.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and NeoLoad. Good understanding of performance testing methodologies and lifecycle.
Experience in scripting with languages such as C or JavaScript.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) is a deal breaker.
