Senior AI Architect – Digital Products & Services
Locations: Plano, TX; Purchase, NY; Chicago, IL
Job Description:-
We are seeking a Senior AI Architect to define and drive the architecture of enterprise-grade agentic orchestration platforms. This role will set technical direction, establish standards, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable AI systems that enable autonomous agents to execute workflows, collaborate with humans, and operate under strict governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own architecture standards, reference models, and roadmap for agentic orchestration and human–agent collaboration.
- Define secure-by-design identity frameworks, RBAC/ABAC policies, consent propagation, and auditability across agent workflows.
- Architect deterministic human–agent collaboration patterns, long-running workflows, and resilient orchestration.
- Establish CI/CD gates, safe migration strategies, and operational playbooks for model/provider transitions.
- Partner with SRE and security teams to enforce observability, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement for engineering teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s in CS/AI/ML/Data Science (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in ML, Data Science, and AI with enterprise-scale architecture leadership.
- Expertise in:
- Systems/platform architecture (multi-tenant isolation, scalability, versioning, release sequencing).
- Orchestration/workflow systems (Temporal or equivalent for long-running workflows, compensation, state persistence).
- Identity & security architecture (SSO, non-human identity, RBAC/ABAC, secrets rotation, least-privilege design).
- Governance & compliance engineering (audit logging, approval workflows, policy routing, PII redaction, retention/purge).
- Observability/SRE (SLO definition, OTel telemetry, incident management).
- Developer enablement (SDK design, reference implementations, platform adoption strategy, mentoring).
Preferred Qualification
- CCA AI Certification – highly valued due to its difficulty and rarity; candidates holding this credential will have a strong advantage in the selection process.
Differentiating Competencies
- Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate second-order impacts of architecture decisions.
- Proactive risk management in security, reliability, and adoption.
- Strong executive communication and organizational leadership.
Educational Qualifications:
· Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
· Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
· Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
