Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, integrations, workflow automation, and custom application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog workflows.
• Build custom applications using App Engine Studio.
• Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party systems.
• Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop Service Portal pages, widgets, and UI Builder components.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and production support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.

• Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM Certification
• Experience with ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or GenAI capabilities
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure, AWS, or Salesforce

Nice to Have

• Scripting in PowerShell or Python
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
