Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET Healthcare Interoperability Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, FHIR R4/R5, and HL7 integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain healthcare applications and APIs that support interoperability across EHR systems and healthcare platforms.

The role involves implementing FHIR resources, developing RESTful APIs, integrating with Epic/Cerner and other healthcare systems, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, security, and healthcare data privacy standards. Candidates should possess expertise in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), database technologies (SQL Server/NoSQL), authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect), and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based healthcare applications and APIs.
  • Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources for clinical and administrative data exchange.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with EHR systems and external healthcare platforms.
  • Work with HL7 standards, JSON, XML, and healthcare data transformations.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
  • Participate in system architecture, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and product owners to deliver quality solutions.
