Job Title: Senior Solution Architect
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale solution design and architecture initiatives.
This role requires deep expertise in PLM change processes ( Windchill Preferred), CMMI Level 5 implementations, and cross-functional leadership.
The ideal candidate will drive strategic architecture decisions, mentor technical teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture & Leadership
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise programs.
- Define and drive architecture strategy aligned with business and IT roadmaps.
- Lead architectural governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making forums.
- Establish standards, best practices, and reusable design frameworks across programs.
PLM & Process Expertise
- Provide deep technical leadership in PLM Change Management processes.
- Lead CMMI Level 5 process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Architect detailed solution blueprints including integration, data models, workflows, and system dependencies.
- Define technical acceptance criteria and oversee validation of solution deliverables.
- Proactively mitigate technical risks and resolve complex cross-functional challenges.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Business Leaders, Product Owners, Workstream Leads, and Development Managers to shape solution strategy.
- Align multiple workstreams and manage functional and technical interdependencies.
- Communicate architectural vision and trade-offs clearly to executive and technical audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Implement structured business architecture methodologies to capture and cascade requirements.
- Drive long-term architecture scalability, flexibility, and modernization initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments for new initiatives and enterprise-wide changes.
- Lead architecture documentation and knowledge management practices.
Mentorship & Team Enablement
- Mentor Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and development teams.
- Provide architectural oversight and hands-on guidance during critical design and implementation phases.
- Conduct architecture training sessions and capability-building programs.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related leadership roles.
15+ years of experience in PLM Suite Products like Windchill
- Extensive expertise in PLM systems and change management processes.
- Proven experience implementing and governing CMMI Level 5 or similar maturity frameworks.
- Strong background in enterprise integration, system architecture, and solution design.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing global and offshore teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Domain expertise in Medical Devices, manufacturing, engineering, product lifecycle, or enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks
