Summary
1. 10 yrs FTE experience in Digital Strategy and Roadmap Planning max 5 projects can be used to prove this experience 2. One (1) successfully completed project (fully implemented and operationally complete) converting high-level pilot roadmaps into actionable implementation plans for large-scale modernizations (large scale = 5,000+ users or 2,000,000+ daily transactions)

1 completed project leading HCD or Implementation Planning for a state-level DMV or Transportation agency modernization (10 pts)
