Required Skills
• BA/BS in Information Technology, Database Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience delivering targeted audiences within a multi-channel organization
• 4+ years of experience working with campaign orchestration technologies (Simon CDP preferred)
• 4+ years of experience working with SQL or other reporting/query tools
• 4+ years of experience working with Jira or equivalent project management tools
• 4+ years of experience creating insightful dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or related visualization tools.
Required:
BA/BS in Information Technology, Database Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience required.
Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Excel, Power Point).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of database marketing techniques including profiling, segmenting, extracting and data mining from large transactional databases.
Track record of working well in a variety of business situations.
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, quality of work and a commitment to data security are critical.
Experience working with campaign orchestration technologies (Simon CDP preferred).
Experience working with marketing channels including ESP, Digital Ads, Push, SMS and Dialers.
Experience mining and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and process improvements.
Experience creating insightful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or related visualization tools.
4+ years of experience delivering targeted audiences within a multi-channel organization.

Strong foundation in marketing concepts across digital, social, email, and call center channels.
Responsibilities:
Play a crucial part in supporting marketing campaigns by building and delivering accurate audience files across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, social media, mobile app, and SMS, using the Simon CDP platform.
Create reports that guide operational, strategic, and business initiatives while conducting QA testing of segments, flows, and output files to ensure accuracy and performance.
Ensuring all campaign files are delivered on time, error-free, and in full compliance with State, Federal, and organizational requirements.
Deliver and post critical campaign data files, in various formats, for various internal and external business partners to a secure file platform and archive them for historical reference.
Develop operational reports and dashboards to support the team’s performance goals, as well as to research data issues and inquiries.
Establish and maintain a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual campaign calendar to ensure file deadlines are documented and understood, and necessary coverage is in place.
Carefully review and test the accuracy and quality of all data files prior to delivery.
