Role Summary
We are looking for a Release Manager with experience in AI agents or AI-driven automation to manage the end-to-end release lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Operations teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete release lifecycle from planning to production deployment
- Conduct Release Readiness Reviews and Go/No-Go decisions
- Track release progress, risks, and dependencies
- Provide release metrics and status updates to leadership
- Improve CI/CD processes and release automation
- Support incident management and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with teams implementing AI agents or AI-powered automation workflows
Required Skills
- Experience in Release Management in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory)
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Exposure to AI agents or AI-driven engineering automation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with JIRA
