Job Description:

  • The Salesforce / TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's Salesforce and TargetX environment, with primary responsibility for automated email drip campaigns and communications that support recruitment, engagement, and other constituent activities.
  • The position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce and TargetX, including TargetX
  • Communication Planner, to create, schedule, maintain, renew, and troubleshoot automated email communications and campaign workflows.
  • This position works closely with functional departments, information technology staff, and other stakeholders to provide reliable, accurate, and timely communications and to support the organization's
  • planned transition from Salesforce/TargetX to Slate CRM.
