Summary

We are actively looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer with excellent technical expertise interested in joining our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity to play a role as a key contributor in creating the next generation of distributed and scalable architectures.

Essential functions
  • Develop solution for automated deployment and CI/CD pipelines; manage the LLE Environments
  • Implementing self-service automation used to provision these environments
  • Design and develop deployment kits for e-commerce platforms
  • Drive continuous enhancement of software development infrastructure: continuous integration and delivery, databases, cloud services, systems monitoring.
  • Interface with development teams and collect feedback on the quality of tooling and CI infrastructure
  • Consulting of developers in infrastructure configuration issues (OS performance optimization, network bottlenecks, storage configuration, etc).
  • Collaboration with distributed team of developers, testers, analysts
  • Collaboration with corporate and customer's IT services
  • Work with the development teams to create a holistic roadmap of improving SDLC efficiency through reusable automation.
  • Lead a Europe-based team in all aspects of operational and proactive DevOps work, such as
    Troubleshooting non-product environments

Qualifications
  • Track record of supporting development teams in improving SDLC efficiency
  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Desire and ability for quick learning of new tools and technologies
  • Proficiency with Shell scripting, Python, and configuration-as-code solutions
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Strong Linux skills
  • Preferred - Working knowledge AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with agile/ scrum
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related field
