What you will do:- Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET Framework and .NET Core applications, including APIs, backend services, and business-critical workflows.
- Troubleshoot application issues, implement new features, refactor legacy code, and ensure high-quality development practices through code reviews and standards.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and configuration using Azure DevOps and IIS.
- Provide hands-on production support for .NET applications, SQL Server databases, and data pipelines, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor application and data pipeline health, investigate alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Support on-call rotations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational stability and performance.
- Analyze logs, failure points, and upstream/downstream data flows to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
- Analyze operational and source data to implement and maintain Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 2), including change detection, historization, and surrogate key management.
- Build and optimize SQL Server, SSIS, and Snowflake/ADF pipelines to capture attribute changes accurately and maintain a complete historical record.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality and trustworthy analytical outputs.
- Snowflake Architecture & Modeling: Develop data models (star/snowflake schemas) and database objects (views, tables, stored procedures, user-defined functions) in Snowflake.

- Minimum 5+ years of Relevant Experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Application Data Support Engineer.
This will be a hybrid position at our Glendale, WI office.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89,000 - $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
