Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to help design, implement, and support modern infrastructure and DevOps solutions across hybrid environments. This role requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD practices, along with the ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate effectively across technical teams.



Key Responsibilities



  • Design, implement, and support hybrid infrastructure solutions spanning on-premises and cloud environments.

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and best practices.

  • Drive capacity planning, scalability initiatives, and performance optimization efforts.

  • Support high availability, business continuity, disaster recovery, and resiliency strategies.

  • Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable efficient software delivery and deployment.

  • Automate infrastructure deployments, patch management, and configuration administration.

  • Integrate repositories, deployment processes, and workflows across multi-cloud environments.

  • Establish and promote DevOps standards, coding practices, governance frameworks, and operational processes.

  • Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize production environments and integration platforms.

  • Ensure infrastructure architectures align with security, compliance, and data protection requirements.

  • Partner closely with cybersecurity teams to support enterprise security initiatives and regulatory compliance.

  • Perform regular infrastructure, systems, and security assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, operational playbooks, technical documentation, and process guides.

  • Deliver reporting and insights related to system performance, operational risks, and capacity planning.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, standards, and support processes.




Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.

  • Proven experience serving as a technical lead, senior engineer, or subject matter expert on complex infrastructure initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid architecture design principles.

  • Hands-on experience implementing infrastructure automation solutions.

  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and supporting tools.

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using technologies such as PowerShell or Python.

  • Experience with source control platforms, containerization technologies, and modern development workflows.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and related technologies.

  • Understanding of APIs, microservices architectures, and event-driven integration patterns.

  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps principles, and change management processes.




Preferred Qualifications



  • Industry certifications in Azure, AWS, or other leading cloud platforms.

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology environments.

  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience working with data integration, processing, or analytics platforms.

  • Strong technical writing, documentation, and executive reporting capabilities.
