Job Description: -

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems (Claims, Membership, Provider, Billing, Payment, EDI 837, 835, 834).
• Strong SQL expertise for data validation and reconciliation.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Python, scripting, or AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot).
• Experience with TOSCA Data Integrity (TOSCA DI).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and non-RDBMS systems.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and evolving organizational needs.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Perform end-to-end data migration validation between legacy and target systems (e.g., Facets, QNXT, or custom platforms).
• Design and execute parallel testing strategies to compare outputs between source and target systems.
• Perform extensive data analysis to support business and project needs.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to reconcile large datasets and identify discrepancies.
• Automate validation processes using tools such as Python, GitHub Copilot, or other scripting frameworks.
• Validate claims, eligibility, provider, and care management data for accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Prepare test reports, reconciliation summaries, and audit documentation.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Demonstrate potential to take on future team management responsibilities.
