Step directly into the cutting edge of autonomous aerospace as an Unmanned Aircraft System Flight Support Operator. We are looking for an action-oriented aviation professional to join our elite Palm Harbor Flight Crew. Instead of sitting behind a desk, you'll be in the field ensuring next-generation delivery drones and ground infrastructure launch, fly, and return with flawless precision. If you hold your Part 107, enjoy staying active outdoors, and want a schedule that offers options like extended consecutive days off, this hands-on mission support role is built for you.
Various shifts are available. Core hours are 8:30am-8:30pm CT, but hours will vary between 7:00am-10:00pm with a max of 40 hours a week. Hours are dependent upon business needs, personal preference, and may vary between a traditional 8 hours, 5 days a week or even 12, 12, 12, 4.

responsibilities:
- Perform aircraft inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities
- Perform routine aircraft standard practices (as defined in Client UAS Maintenance Manual)
- Perform nest equipment inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities
- Responsible for setting up and taking down delivery drones, performing safety checks, and ensuring smooth flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations and company protocols.
- Participate in Crew Briefs
- Maintain communications with the client Pilot-in-Command
- Perform aircraft conditional checks and troubleshoot ground faults.
- Replace unserviceable aircraft as needed.
- Log proper forms at each site
- Pick up any trash that could come in contact with an AC
- Execute physical recovery operations
- Conduct prioritized nest visits across assigned sector.
qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Must have valid drivers license and current auto insurance
- Must pass BGV and MVR
- Must have Part 107 Certification/License
- Eligible to drive regular vehicle at average of 40-50 Miles per day
- Being safety focused driven with pervious jobs. Performing safety checks, and ensuring smooth flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations and company protocols
Physical Requirements:
- Lift from ground level and carry up to 35 lbs and carry multiple items at the same time
- Crouch down and pick up or place objects from/to the ground weighing up to twenty (20) pounds
- Push or pull a wheeled cart on level ground weighing up to two hundred (200) pounds
- Be on feet constantly walking (10k+ steps per day)
- Work outside in various weather conditions (light rain, wind, temperatures ranging from 23F to 110F)
- Maintain mental and visual alertness
