Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Test Lead with strong expertise in Selenium Java automation, Robot Framework, and e-commerce application testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing end-to-end e-commerce sales flows, leading automation activities, and collaborating with customer-facing teams. Telecom domain experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Build and execute automated test cases using the Robot Framework.
• Test end-to-end e-commerce sales flows, including shopping cart, checkout, payment, and order processing.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Identify, report, troubleshoot, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Participate in customer discussions, status meetings, and defect reviews.
• Support regression, functional, and integration testing activities.
