Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical program and project delivery, Jira reporting, and governance frameworks and a proven ability to establish intake processes, strengthen delivery rigor, and align scope, budget, timelines, and resourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives with clear scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Implement and maintain governance, intake, and reporting processes for transparency and control.
- Partner with engineering, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Produce accurate status, financial, and delivery reports using Jira and related tools.
- Maintain delivery rigor, audit readiness, and issue/risk management practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
- Ability to implement and improve intake, governance, and reporting processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience aligning scope, budget, timeline, and resourcing across programs.
Preferred Skills:
- Background working with compliance and audit requirements.
- Familiarity with financial tracking and program reporting practices.
