Senior Manual Tester

Required Skills:

·         10+ years of experience in software testing, including 5–7 years of healthcare manual testing.

·         Strong knowledge of STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect management.

·         Experience with CI/CD tools and API testing.

·         Proven team leadership, debugging, and test delivery management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA and automation engineers.

·         Define test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams.

·         Drive manual testing, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

·         Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

·         Perform API testing using Postman or RestAssured.

·         Review test scripts, monitor quality metrics, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.

·         Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Good to Have:

·         Experience in Practice Management/Hospital Management Systems.

·         Performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.

·         BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, and ISTQB certification.
