Platform Architecture & Leadership
Design and maintain enterprise ServiceNow architecture.
Define platform governance, data models, and instance strategy.
Lead upgrade planning and platform scalability design.
Provide architectural oversight across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Implementation & Module Ownership
Lead design and deployment across:

Approve design standards for:
Workflows
Flow Designer
Automation frameworks
Integration architecture
Provide development governance and performance optimization strategies.
Integration & Automation
Design enterprise integrations using:
REST / SOAP APIs
MID Server architecture
Identity platforms and monitoring tools
External project and portfolio management systems
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with business owners, PMO leadership, and infrastructure teams.
Translate strategic business initiatives into ServiceNow solutions.
Provide roadmap planning and transformation advisory.
