Senior Power Platform Administrator

Overview

Seeking a Power Platform Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft Power Platform and support enterprise integrations across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

  • Manage environments, security, governance, DLP policies, and lifecycle operations.

  • Configure Dataverse roles, business units, teams, and user access.

  • Monitor health, capacity, licensing, and platform performance.

  • Support ALM, solution deployments, migrations, and integration troubleshooting.

  • Manage connectors, APIs, service principals, and managed identities.

  • Automate admin tasks using PowerShell, REST APIs, and platform tools.

  • Maintain documentation, standards, and governance artifacts.

  • Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams.

  • Provide bestpractice guidance to makers and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Enterprise Power Platform administration experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting across cloud, identity, and integrations.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Graph API.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Experience (Dynamics 365 Customer Service)

  • Administer Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Contact Center.

  • Configure Omnichannel, voice, messaging, routing, queues, and workstreams.

  • Manage agent profiles, capacity, presence, and contact center operations.

  • Configure cases, knowledge, SLAs, and service processes.

  • Integrate Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Teams, and Azure.

  • Experience with telephony/contact center platforms, including Teams Voice.
