Summary

On behalf of our client, Dice Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced NetSuite Integration Project Manager to take ownership of project structure, stakeholder coordination, and milestone-driven execution an ERP systems integration project.

You will work closely with the NetSuite Systems Manager on the technical status and requirements and own the non-technical activities and deliverables to include but not limited to keeping business stakeholders involved, organizing the work into clear plans and deliverables, setting up the right meetings with the right people, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The Project Manager creates actionable project structure and drives business conversations with stakeholders, system users and technical resources.

This is a 100% remote contract position, working eastern or central time zone hours, with an anticipated duration of 90 days (with potential for extension).

The ideal candidate will have prior experience overseeing NetSuite integration project(s) and strong skills in MS Project to create work breakdown structures, Gantt charts and the project schedule. While this is not a hands-on technical role, the successful candidate will have sufficient NetSuite familiarity to understand the system's structure, ask the right questions, and engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders. In other words, the Project Manager must have sufficient working knowledge of NetSuite to guide others.

Responsibilities:

Project structure & execution:

  • Pick up the existing integration assessment, get up to speed on where work stands, and identify gaps in scope, decisions, and open items.
  • Build and own the project plan: Gantt charts, milestone tracking, project timelines, workstream owners, and meeting cadence.
  • Translate the System Manager s technical briefings into structured project tasks, meeting agendas, and clearly assigned action items.
  • Deliver regular, organized status updates and milestone reports to executive leadership (primarily CFO).
  • Maintain accountability across a small, cross-functional team of approximately six stakeholders spanning IT, Finance, Operations, and the acquired company.

Stakeholder Coordination & Business Facilitation:

  • Set up and run the right meetings with the right people. Identify which stakeholders need to be in each conversation to get decisions made and keep workstreams moving.
  • Facilitate business-side conversations: gathering requirements, aligning stakeholder preferences, and escalating decisions to client management when needed.
  • Work with Finance to team drive decisions on how the financial processes will be unified - including GL structure, transaction flows, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Operations team on process integration and workflow alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination to define and communicate requirements on users behalf.

Cross-functional communication:

  • Bridge the gap between the System Manager s technical world and the business stakeholders' operational world - translating in both directions as needed.
  • Keep all parties informed of status, decisions, dependencies, and risks in a clear, organized format.
  • Keep executive team satisfied with the documentation, milestone visibility, and reporting they need pertaining to the integration.

Required Experience & Skills:

Project Management

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end project management for a NetSuite system integration: building project plans, managing milestones, running cross-functional meetings, and delivering structured status reporting.
  • Comfortable producing and maintaining core PM artifacts: Gantt charts, milestone trackers, meeting agendas, action item logs, and stakeholder status reports.
  • Strong ability to manage a small, diverse group of stakeholders with varying technical fluency - from IT professionals to finance leads to operations staff with limited system experience.
  • Organized, accountable, and proactive: able to keep workstreams moving without waiting for direction. Comfortable owning the pace of the project day-to-day.
  • Adaptable and pragmatic: able to work in an informal, fast-moving environment where priorities shift and decisions sometimes take multiple iterations.

NetSuite Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of NetSuite sufficient to understand its structure, engage credibly with the IT lead, and ask the right questions of business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite's core transaction types, module structure, and how business processes (such as order management, financials, and inventory) map to the system.
  • Relevant NetSuite modules in scope for this engagement include: General Ledger and core financials, Work Orders and Assembly Items, Inventory, and Custom Segments.

Business Process Familiarity

  • Solid understanding of common ERP-driven business process flows, particularly Quote to Order, Procure to Pay, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Solid understanding of system integration components: history/data migration, data mapping, financial and operations integration.
  • Ability to understand manufacturing or production-oriented workflows at a conceptual level - raw materials, work orders, finished goods, and fulfillment, even without deep domain expertise.
  • Comfortable engaging with Finance stakeholders on topics such as GL structure, transaction categorization, cost center setup, and financial reporting preferences

Collaboration & Communication

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - able to bridge IT, Finance, Operations, and an acquired business team that has no internal IT of its own.
  • Clear, direct communicator who can keep a fast-moving group on track, bring conversations back on topic, and surface decisions that need management escalation.
  • Committed to setting and maintaining realistic timelines - communicates honestly about what is achievable and flags risks early rather than over-promising.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Studio Designer (interior design / digital print production platform)
  • Prior experience with ERP integration/implementation for manufacturing, digital print production, or a production-oriented business environment.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms (it is being retained post-integration).
  • Familiarity with Xero (accounting system; understanding its structure aids financial migration conversations).
  • Prior experience supporting post-acquisition systems integration efforts.
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification.
