Title: Process Engineer
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr DOE

Tekberry is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support our client, a world-class manufacturer of glass and optical products.
Key Responsibilities - Provide hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor to troubleshoot equipment, product, process, and operational issues.
- Analyze data, observations, and process conditions to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend, implement, and verify corrective actions to improve quality, uptime, throughput, and process stability.
- Support equipment start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, qualification, and process optimization.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and vendors to resolve issues and sustain improvements.
- Maintain procedures, standard work, technical documentation, and clear communication of findings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another STEM field required.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or plant environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify equipment, product, process, or operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with plant procedures.
Preferred Skills and Experience - Experience with root cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, or other continuous improvement methods.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems, process controls, data analysis tools, and production performance metrics.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to spend time on the manufacturing floor engaging with operators and observing processes.
